Marco Polo Hotels is building a 313-room hotel in the Ortigas Centre, its first facility in Metro Manila and the third in the Philippines. Marco Polo general manager Hans R. Hauri said the new hotel will primarily target expatriates, since the hotel is located near the Asian Development Bank.
Marco Polo Hotel Ortigas is a 32-storey commercial and hotel building, with the first 15 stories committed to the commercial side. Completion is set for 2013.
