Park Inn Bacolod
SM Prime Holdings, Inc. is planning to build a hotel next to its mall in Bacolod City under the brand Park Inn By Radisson as well as a second mall in Negros Occidental province.
“We are now expanding our Park Inn By Radisson. We just opened our Davao branch and we will be coming here eventually, “ SM Prime President Hans T. Sy said, during the recent inauguration of SM Bacolod’s PhP500-million expansion, which includes an SMX Convention Centre.
The hotel to be built within SM Bacolod’s 16-hectare property at the Reclamation Area will cost about PhP500 million.
