Amisa Mactan Hotel

Robinsons Land Corp. will construct a 200-room deluxe hotel in Mactan, Cebu province. The hotel will be located within the Ami-Sa development, a master-planned, six-hectare leisure residential community project. It is expected to be completed by 2013.

 

It is expected to cater to the upscale market. Robinsons Land already owns four hotels, including Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn in Ortigas, Summit Ridge in Tagaytay and Cebu Midtown Hotel in Cebu. It also operates the Go-Hotels brand. Robinsons Land plans to build at least 30 budget hotels over the next five years, with 20 to be built by a franchisee and 10 by the company.
