Antonio’s Restaurant Tagaytay
Antonio’s, a fine dining restaurant in Tagaytay City, has been listed the 5th top restaurant in Asia, according to the latest edition of the Miele Guide, which covers 450 restaurants in 17 countries.
Antonio’s is a well-established restaurant whose gastronomic selection contributes to the overall charm of the locale. Chef-owner Antonio Escalante prepares excellent dishes by combining Western ingredients with the freshest local produce, according to the magazine. This is the third time that Antonio’s made it to the Miele Guide. It landed in 17th place last year and 10th in 2008.
