Centrio Hotel Cagayan de Oro

Ayala Land Inc. will build a 150-room, eight-storey hotel in Cagayan de Oro City.  The boutique hotel, which will be part of the 3.7-hectare mixed-use development named Centrio, is expected to be completed by 2012.

AyalaLand Hotels and Resorts Corp. (AHRC), a subsidiary of Ayala Land, wants to establish a chain of boutiques catering to both businessmen and tourists in key “underserved” markets of the Philippines.  The first boutique hotel will rise in Bonifacio Global City while the second will rise in Davao City.
