Hamilton Hotel

Alliance Global Group Inc., the holding company of businessman Andrew Tan, will build a new luxury hotel within the group’s 25-hectare Newport City just across the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 in Pasay City.
The company is set to break ground for the 540-room Hamilton Hotel by the third quarter of the year. It will be the fourth hotel to be built in Newport City after Marriott and Maxims. A third hotel, Remington Hotel, is expected to be completed by the first half of 2011. “It is the fourth hotel to rise in Newport City, and it clearly demonstrates both our strong commitment in and our confidence in the potential of the tourism industry in the Philippines,” said Alliance Global president Kingson Sian.
Hamilton Hotel, once completed in 2012, will bring the total number of hotel rooms in Newport City to about 1,900. Two more hotels may be added in Newport City within the next five years to bring the total room count to around 2,500.
