Segara Suites Subic

Global Hotel and Leisure Properties, Inc. (GHLPI) has opened a hotel called Segara Suites in Subic Bay Freeport.  Segara Suites managing director Dave Baldeo said the 18-room luxury hotel has been added to the 10 units of the Segara Villas.

Subic now has 1,662 hotel and resort rooms as well as 1,876 housing units, which increase the area’s tourism potential.  This is expected to rise further as South Korean firm MCastle Philippines plans to spend US$1 billion to develop a resort in Morong, Bataan.
