Clark tourism estate

Donggwang Clark Corp. (DCC), a Korean company, is building a tourism estate on a 304-hectare property in Clark that will include a hotel, a 36-hole golf course, a water park, a chool and a shopping arcade. “The leisure community project will increase tourism and economic activities in the region and to provide employment and job creation during construction and operation phases of the project,” said DCC chairman Lee Shin Kun.
 
Phase one of the project, which is expected to be completed in 30 months, will include the 36-hole golf course, the club house, the international school and the 100 units of villas. Phase two will include the condominium with 330 rooms, the water park and an additional 300 units of villas. The third phase will involve the construction of a 300-room hotel, an eco park, a casino, a shopping arcade, and 100 more units of villas and other amenities.
