Club Noah Resort

Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) has acquired the former Club Noah Isabelle, a luxury resort in Palawan province. Company chief finance officer Jaime Ysmael said Ayala Land is now refurbishing the 50-room resort.

The company also announced that it will launch by the first quarter of 2011 the Pangalusian island resort in El Nido through its 60 percent-owned venture with beach resort operator, Asian Conservation Co.

The venture gave Ayala Land stake in other top El Nido resorts in Lagen and Miniloc islands through Asian Conservation’s subsidiaries under the Ten Knots Group. “We will have a little over 200 rooms with those four island resorts,” said Mr. Ysmael.
